Payment Methods

You can pay for orders using PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Transfer in Advance. With PayPal and Stripe, credit cards can also be used.

Credit Card

You can pay conveniently and securely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express, and all major credit and debit cards. During payment, you may be redirected to your bank’s page for payment processing.

For customers enrolled in Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

On your bank’s web page, you will be greeted with your selected title and asked to confirm the amount with a personal PIN;
Once your bank verifies the PIN, you will receive confirmation of the payment;

For customers not yet enrolled in Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

A one-time registration with your card-issuing bank is required for all future purchases.
On your bank’s web page, you will be asked to verify your identity using pre-set security questions.
Finally, you will be prompted to set a new PIN and a welcome message for future use. The process then follows the same steps as for already enrolled customers.

Your credit card details are securely transferred using SSL protocol. If you return the goods, the refund will be credited back to your card.

Bank Transfer in Advance

This payment method is available only if no other alternatives are accessible. If you select this option, once the order process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with our banking details. After confirming the order, items are reserved for 10 days, and once the payment is received and registered, we will proceed with shipping:

Payment registration in our system can take up to 5 business days.
Bank transfer fees depend on your bank.

Important: For proper payment registration, it is essential to include the order number in the payment description. Do not use the invoice number.
From February 1, 2014, the SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) system has been in effect, eliminating fees for national and international transactions.

PayPal

You can choose to pay with PayPal by selecting the PayPal option. At the third step of the purchase process (“Confirm”), click on "Confirm and proceed with PayPal" to complete your order.

If you already have a PayPal account: Log in with your email and password and confirm the payment.
If you don’t have a PayPal account: You can create one using your credit/debit card. Select the card type, fill in the required details, and confirm the payment.

The order is processed as soon as the payment is credited to us. If you return the goods, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account (or to your credit card if you are an unregistered PayPal user).

Stripe

You can pay with Stripe by selecting the Stripe option at checkout. Stripe enables secure and fast payments with all major credit and debit cards:

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Stripe supports Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and many other credit and debit cards.
Security: Your credit card data is protected with advanced encryption and SSL protocol, ensuring maximum security in transactions.
Ease of Use: Payments are processed directly on our website without redirections, providing a seamless and quick shopping experience.
Refunds: In the case of returns, the amount will be credited back to your card via Stripe.

The order is processed as soon as the payment is credited to us, ensuring rapid processing and shipping.
