Return and Repair Policy
We are committed to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our customers. If you encounter an issue with your purchase or require a repair, please follow the instructions below.
 
Procedure for Returns and Repair Requests:
1.Contact Customer Support
If you experience a defect or wish to request a repair, email our customer service team at info@schroepfprofi.com.
In your email, specify the issue encountered and provide the order number, product model, and a detailed description of the defect or repair request.

2.Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
After receiving your email, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to complete.
Carefully follow the instructions provided in the form to complete your RMA request.

3.Product Shipping
Once you have obtained the RMA authorization, securely pack the product, preferably using the original packaging.
Include the completed RMA form inside the package.
Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA form. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent loss during transit.

4.Evaluation and Repair
Upon receipt of the product, our technical team will assess the defect and proceed with repair or replacement, if necessary.
We will keep you informed about the repair status and the estimated time for returning the product.

5.Shipping Costs
If the defect is covered under warranty, the shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by us.
If the defect is not covered under warranty, the shipping and repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility. In this case, we will inform you in advance.

6.Terms and Conditions
  • Warranty Period: Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty, as sales are exclusively for businesses, in compliance with Italian regulations. Please check the warranty details on your purchase document.
  • Excluded Products: Certain products may not be covered under our return and repair policy. Please refer to the specific terms for your product.
  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Returns for products damaged due to improper use or unauthorized modifications will not be accepted.
