Shipping Costs for ACCESSORIES
Shipping costs for ACCESSORIES vary based on weight. Payments for orders outside the EU must be arranged in advance and made via bank transfer, due to the need for handling and transport verification. Given the lightweight nature of accessories, the maximum shipping limit has been set at 20 kg.
Packages are typically shipped the next business day after payment is received and sent via express courier. Tracking updates are usually visible on the courier’s website a few hours after shipment confirmation.

Acceptance with "Control Reserve"
It is possible to accept delivery of a package with visible defects by using the "control reserve" notation alongside your acceptance signature, specifying the type of anomaly found (e.g., "reserve for box with torn cardboard" or "reserve for 2 missing packages").
Important: The use of "CONTROL RESERVE" is a right established under Article No. 1698 of the Italian Civil Code:
  • Control reserve for a torn or dented package.
  • Control reserve for a wet package.
  • Control reserve for courier tape.

Standard packaging is included in the price and is reasonably sized. Items inside are well-protected and secure:
  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days. Delivery times may be delayed during holidays; couriers do not deliver on December 25, December 26, January 1, or weekends.
  • Shipping for Drainage Devices: Shipping for drainage devices is free in all EU countries. For shipments outside the EU, the Buyer must arrange collection at their own expense.

Insurance Costs
All products are shipped with insurance included, covering the value of the goods to protect both our company and the customer. Insurance costs are covered by us.

Shipment of Your Package
After placing your order, we will send you a link to track your package online. The couriers we use do not make prior phone calls or handle requests for specific delivery times.
Upon receiving your order, please check that the package is intact. In case of any issues, refer to the following section, "Delivery Anomalies."

Shipment Tracking
You can check the status of your shipment directly by visiting the "Order History and Details" section and clicking on "Details" next to the order number you wish to track. Once inside the order details, click on the number displayed under the "TRACKING NUMBER" label (at the bottom of the summary). This will redirect you to the courier's website managing your shipment, where you can access real-time updates on your delivery.
Alternatively, you can contact the courier handling your shipment by phone, providing the waybill number (also known as the shipment code) of the package, which is indicated in the order details and the email you received at the time your order was shipped.

Delivery Anomalies
When you receive your goods, carefully inspect the package. If the packaging is dented, wet, or shows any other defect (e.g., sealed with courier tape, damaged package), you must refuse the delivery, report the anomaly directly to the courier, and send an email using our contact form.

HOW TO CORRECTLY SIGN FOR CONTROL RESERVE (EXAMPLES):
If the contents are found to be damaged, you must immediately report the issue to us through our contact form within 24 hours of receiving the package. Reports submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs include packaging and transportation. Transportation costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment and the destination (see the summary table below).
We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as it is not possible to combine two separate orders. Each order will be treated as a distinct shipment.

Shipping within Italy


Delivery Time: 24/48 hours. For islands and remote locations, delivery times may be longer than indicated. Please note that delivery times are subject to stock availability.
For orders over €1,000.00 + VAT and shipped within Italy, SHIPPING IS FREE!

Shipping within Europe (EU)
