Annual Maintenance Check
To ensure the proper functioning and maximum efficiency of the device, an annual maintenance check is essential. This helps identify and address potential issues before major malfunctions occur. The first annual check should be performed 12 months after the product's purchase date. Subsequently, the check must be conducted each year, with a maximum tolerance of 90 days. Starting from the second year after the purchase of the device, the equipment must be sent to our company for the annual maintenance check within the 90-day tolerance period. Our company assumes no responsibility for damages to persons or property resulting from the lack of an annual maintenance check. See also Section 13.1 in the Terms of Sale (IMPROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT). To request the annual maintenance check, send an email to info@schroepfprofi.com, and in the "Subject" line, specify: ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHECK.
Please include the following information in the email:
- Full company name
- Product purchase date
- Product model
- Product serial number
Our company will then send you an RMA code (transport identification code) and a label to affix to the package via email. The device must be shipped in its original packaging to protect it from impacts during transportation. To avoid damage to the case, we recommend placing the case in the original cardboard box.
